How we handle your data.
This notice explains what Newsco collects, why, and the choices you have — across our marketing sites, the partner portal and the platform.
01Who we are
Newsco Inc. ("Newsco", "we") provides the Communication Experience Platform and operates the websites at newsco.com, including the direct ("for Organizations") and partner areas. We are the data controller for information collected through these sites.
02What we collect
- You give us: name, work email, company, role, phone and the details you submit in demo requests and partner applications.
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, via cookies and analytics.
- From partners: qualification details, deal-registration data and portal activity.
03Why we use it
- To respond to demo and partnership enquiries and qualify applications.
- To operate, secure and improve the sites and the partner portal.
- To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.
04Legal bases
Where GDPR applies we rely on your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (partner and customer relationships), and our legitimate interests in running and securing our business. You may withdraw consent at any time.
05Sharing
We share data with vetted processors — CRM, email, hosting, analytics and security providers — under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
06Retention & your rights
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Subject to your jurisdiction you may access, correct, delete, port or object to processing of your data — contact privacy@newsco.com and we will respond within the statutory window.
Note · International transfers, sub-processor lists and region-specific disclosures (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) will be finalized with counsel and appended here before launch.
